Only Lokey Nissan Hi. I have a bad experience with other dealerships. It was always been expensive, while and incomprehensible. I would like to especially thank Kevin M Hi. I have a bad experience with other dealerships. It was always been expensive, while and incomprehensible. I would like to especially thank Kevin Massey, because he made our trip to the service quick, easy, high-quality and inexpensive. If someone else thinks about this place, then the very best recommendations. Forgot to say about the wonderful children's zone. More

We spoke over the phone and he broke down prices and fees. I asked him if he could provide the full information in writing via email and he only provided part of it. I called him the following day and asked him if he could provide the full information. He said 'sure buddy-' and he hung up mid-sentence. I called back and he didn't pick up. I called the dealership and Angelo finally provided me the full information I'd been requesting. Brent Tansy came back into the picture and text me 'I'm not re-reading the disclaimer again, I will do nothing more for you, etc." (I have screen shots of the messages). I tried to respond back via text and the message wasn't sent. I am assuming he blocked my number. I left two messages for the general manager Chris Jalali which were never returned. I called the dealership this morning and spoke with the receptionist who said the manager isn't available. After we hung up, Chris calls me and I told him everything. He interrupted halfway through me speaking to say, "don't worry about it. Brent has been demoted. He works in finance." After I finished I asked that Brent would apologize. Chris said, "I can't make him do anything. But wait, he's right here. Brent, get your butt over here!" Brent apologized and told me he was having a bad day and that he's sorry I didn't get the answer I wanted. After the unprofessionalism and disrespect from both the general manager and director, I am taking my business elsewhere. More
2 hours for oil change and tire rotation? I got here at 9 am and after checking more than once on a status update, I was finally told at 11:15 that the oil had been changed and tire rotation I got here at 9 am and after checking more than once on a status update, I was finally told at 11:15 that the oil had been changed and tire rotation complete. Now I have to sit and wait for them to check the driver heated seats. Is service always this slow and unorganized here? More

Very disappointing service... too bad no zero stars! Tried to scam me on rear brake pads at 18K miles telling me they were down to two millimeter when the pads were closer to six millimeters. $239 for $ Tried to scam me on rear brake pads at 18K miles telling me they were down to two millimeter when the pads were closer to six millimeters. $239 for $35 pads and ten minutes of work, I did it myself and I am saving the original pads to put back in when the replacements wear out. The service manager gave me a BS story about why the rear pads wear out so fast and was totally clueless that the front and rears are integrated. Scary! Still, I went there for "free" oil changes. Last time, without asking they pulled my engine air and cabin air filters, then they forgot to try and sell me their overpriced new filters and sent me on down the road without replacing either. When my motor sounded funny, I pulled over and checked - no filter and plenum cover rattling around loose. When I went back, the mechanic dug my filters out of the trash and was going to put them back in and I asked if they were joking. Then I had to wait another hour before they managed to pull a new set. While they were doing that, they tried to sell me a overpriced brake flush. I don't think they "get" it ! Like I want to go down the road without brake fluid? Decided to change my own oil because they are no doubt buying the cheapest dino oil they can for their "free" changes. The drain plug had been put on so tight it had twisted and disfigured the oil pan. The pop fasteners typically removed to access the oil filter were destroyed and barely functional. Also missing a "drain washer" in spite of being listed on my invoice. I really liked the salesman who helped me get a good deal, but he is gone and they will never see me there again, nor anyone else I can dissuade. 2011 Murano, 33,000 easy miles. More
SERVICE IS COMPLETE SCAM Purchased brand new 2012 Maxima in 2012. 5 years later and 83,000 miles later we literally had the car towed off the lot on 7/18/2017 because the 2nd Purchased brand new 2012 Maxima in 2012. 5 years later and 83,000 miles later we literally had the car towed off the lot on 7/18/2017 because the 2nd set of "new tires" from 4/2016 and 1 replaced in June 2017 were not only worn and wobble but one was about to explode making it not suitable for driving conditions. Lokey did not feel obligated or responsible to address why the tires MFG Dates were 4-5 years old or why the 2nd set of "new" tires had issues within 5 months of mounting. The car was towed away from the facility after refusal of a refund or "obligation only to warranty" the one tire on the verge of explosion. As if the tire situation isn't BAD enough July AND September 2015 complaints were noted about the dashboard not working and there being no lights. Lokey Nissan Quoted almost $2,000 in repairs to fix the issue but after one of their "FREE" oil changes in March/April 2017 (almost 2 years later) they discovered the DIMMER SWITCH WAS OFF!!! Mind you we actually got pulled over in April 2016 for speeding and was given a "warning" to get it fixed and it was nothing more than turning the little knob! Every 3 months for 5 years almost every service record notes poor driving conditions and the tires only get a discussion until they out of warranty/partial credit for tires that have been driven on for 12-15 months and barely 20,000 miles. Again, the car was towed away because Lokey Nissan and I quote from the Service Manager "they didn't break any laws and they weren't obligated to do anything other than replace the one tire that was falling apart" and in regards to the questionable DOT MFG Date their "Nissan Approved Tire Vendor in Tampa is not required to stock anything MFG past 2013." It's seems that over and over they sucked money out for every other repair or at least tried too only to leave the driver in multiple unsafe driving situations not only for them but all the other people on the road. Uber rides, tow trucks, lost time from work PLUS THIS MAXIMA - in 5 years - 83,000 miles has literally burned through 4 sets of tires!!?!??! All we wanted was a refund for the 2nd set of tires from 4/2016 to just go buy tires from somewhere else!! But hey - according to the service Mgr - "not their problem".....so now we have to save tires, collect documentation, and consider other avenues to just make sure we don't kill ourselves or someone else with crappy wobble blownout tires!! THERE IS NOTHING "FREE" ABOUT THEIR OIL CHANGES AND BASED ON DOCUMENTED SERVICE RECORDS AND DESTROYED TIRES -- it will cost you a lot more to do business with them than a $25 oil change but hey "let's hope it's not a human life" that has to pay!! If you own a Nissan in this area just drive to Crown in St Pete or Courtsey in Tampa - hands down you won't have service issues/scams like Lokey! John Johnson was at least very polite in saying "screw you and good luck" and the service department is very pretty - sales must be good! More
