Poor delivery I am only giving 2 stars because I made an appt for a routine oil change and to replace the battery of my two keyfobs (i was quoted about $9.00/key). I am only giving 2 stars because I made an appt for a routine oil change and to replace the battery of my two keyfobs (i was quoted about $9.00/key). The gentleman at check in was very kind and professional. When I picked up my car, he checked to make sure everything was fine. Told me the batteries were complimentary as he took care of them for me. He then noticed that even though it was written in the paperwork they only changed 1 of the batteries instead of both. He told me to stop by when i’m in the area and he would make sure they do the other one. I was a little dissapointed since this was the second visit I requested new batteries for my keyfobs (last time they forgot to replace them). I left the dealership. Next time i started my car i noticed they did not reset the sensor so I now get the warning all the time. A little annoying since i have to remove it every single time. They also did not put the normal sticker with the oil change information and when i am due for the next one. I had to have someone double checking the oil and filter to make sure they actually changed the oil which luckily they did. The keyfob battery they changed (only when when requested both) was not complimentary, rather taken out of my points, which i wasnt made aware of. All small details that should’ve been taken care of before i was told my car was ready to be picked up. I should add this is not the first time this has happened. The only reason i continue to go there for oil changes is because i bought the car there and that service was included. For anything else my car needs I go to costco which has continuesly provided me with the best customer service and rates. More
