Don’t trust!! So I brought my 2016 Rouge to Lokay Nissan for its oil change. I waited 90 minutes for it. I paid for a new air filter asked for my tires to be rotate So I brought my 2016 Rouge to Lokay Nissan for its oil change. I waited 90 minutes for it. I paid for a new air filter asked for my tires to be rotated and a wash and vacuum! I got the car back 90 minutes later. The outside was still dirty and the inside was never vacuumed. I got into the car and it smelled of cigarette smoke. all my change was taken and all my paperwork in the door panel was gone through and all the business cards in the middle console was all gone through also. I opened up my glove box and my cd case was opened. I called the dealership as I was driving home and discussed this with them. I felt invaded. What were they looking for more money or banking information. Second strike with this dealership. More

I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my vehicle and have always brought I always have the same experience getting routine maintenance here. I purchased a maintenance package when I bought my vehicle and have always brought my car to this dealership for maintenance. However, 100% of the time, the technician forgets that I have these packages and tries to charge me. I have to go over all the charges and explain the services I’ve alrwady purchased. It’s tedious and could be solved by just making a note in my account. More

Frist the appointment was never schedule my appointment should have been on the 10.My sell man Jason was able to correct it.They person that did my tint didn't not do a great job in my car he left a big mess for me to clean in my new car that was not good sevice. The sad part I am a new customer. I wish he could clean up after the job . I have pictures to show. There are still bubbles on my window those tint was not done professional. This is a new car . The bubble are still there. Mr Jason make sure that all my conser was address. Mr lucky,Jason,have done an amazing job in helping me. I can't thank him enough. If there something you could do to correct I be very thankful. More
