Terrible service experience. I am still hearing noise under my hood when I shut the car off. This noise was not present upon dropping my car off on 12/26/24. I took the car back to the dealership on 1/17/25, spoke with Lee Aaron in service and 2 other mechanics looked at my car. The conversation was to keep an eye on it but Lee stated the dealership was not going to accept my warranty. First, we need to understand whats causing the noise. Second, What? You mean the warranty that paid the dealership $3,734.85 once the claim was filed properly. Third, I had to keep my car there an additional night and pay out of my pocket because of an email issue on the dealerships end. NO customer should experience this kind of unnecessary stress. I would like to speak with the GM, get the noise issue fixed with a comp rental car if the car needs to stay beyond 1 day. My contact info is on file at the dealership. Thank you. More

Last service sometime ago never again. Had oil changed drain plug was not put back in properly all oil drained out in my driveway. Had tires rotated and checked for a slow leak. Was told my tire was un repairable and needed a new tire. Took it back to where I had just recently purchased all tires. Put a plug in it since it was not in the sidewall ( as I was told ) free of charge. Do I trust Lokey service ? Not at all. More

So condescending and needs to be fired for his customer service and lack of talking to customers with respect. Not one apology after speaking to his manager, just walking by me in lobby whistling as loud as possible and laughing with friends all in my face, obviously letting me see he’s in great spirits while i sit here beyond mad and disrespected. It’s put a horrific feeling in me for my future oil changes, any service whatsoever, don’t want to deal with the entitlement and the giggling and laughing. i will say Christian, the manager, was and is always professional, apologized and gave me his card to call him directly in the future and told me his behavior is not acceptable.
