I find Lokey to be a good place to do business and most of the service people I have worked with to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have very little good to say about Chuck, the Service Re of the service people I have worked with to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have very little good to say about Chuck, the Service Representative I had to deal with on June 19. He was extremely rude and condescending. My new Kicks had thrown an error message that afternoon and I was extremely concerned because I was leaving on a long trip by myself early the next morning. I came right in to the service department with the error message still on my dash because I was concerned about the car. I knew that I did not have an appointment, but was willing to wait because of my forthcoming trip. After I turned the car off and waited to be taken care of in the service department, Chuck waited on me. He asked some questions, then went out to check my car and came back and became immediately surly and nasty to me telling me that it was probably some environmental problem and that I shouldn't be there because it was nothing. I explained that I had looked in my owner manual, but felt that because of my time constraints I should have it checked out. He told me it was probably a dirty camera and we went out and looked, but nothing was wrong. He told me that I was wasting his time and the technician's time and that it could cost for their time. I asked him how much and he stated that it might be $100 or more. I said I needed it checked and he reluctantly told me he would have it checked. During this whole exchange he treated me like a child and was nasty stating that I needed to read the service manual and that I needed to be familiar with my car. I did grab the owner's manual from the during my wait and found two places in the manual that stated that the car should be checked at the service department. He told me that he wished that they did not say that in the owner's manual because the owner's manual was wrong. Evidently, Chuck knows more than the manual. He had me nearly in tears a couple of times because of his lecturing and attitude. I hope to never have to be subjected to his unrelenting lecture on my stupidity ever again. He is the only person I have had a problem with in the service department. Everyone else has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. More

The service was good, although this time I had to go because my car was leaking oil because the mechanic did not do his job well two days before he had been doing an oil change at the same dealer.
