I'm an overworked nurse working at a busy hospital. You said you were going to send me gas cards/ gift cards for me having to go hours out of my way for your mistake. I don't understand why you didn't follow up immediately because what your oil service department did could have blew my engine! If I have time I will try and contact you tomorrow
