Very nice, clean, well appointed waiting room. Has coffee,. Water, sodas, snacks, wifi. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Service done on time and right. I have been here 4 times now for the same issue. The first time I was here I was treated badly and that my issue was just an update (which it wasn’t). 2nd time there was an error code, and it was at lea first time I was here I was treated badly and that my issue was just an update (which it wasn’t). 2nd time there was an error code, and it was at least explained to me, but not fixed just erased and told that if it happened again they would replace my radio. Called right away because right after I drove away it happened. I left 5 messages for the advisor and the scheduler called me but couldn’t tell me what I was being scheduled for. Finally the advisor called me and said he had to diagnose it first before giving me a loaner and replacing the radio. I couldn’t come in for 3 weeks to be able to sit there for another 1-2 hours. When I got there that advisor was out and this time I actually had a nice advisor who immediately put me in a loaner. They had my car for almost 4 days and couldn’t repeat the issue, not that I think they spent much time trying. They told me that most of the techs had androids not iPhones so they really couldn’t do much with my Bluetooth. Had the manager go for a ride with me we tried to repeat the problem but of course it didn’t do it. So I suggested that it might be when I turn the car off it is resetting the error code and should I bring it to a auto zone or there when it happens again. They disconnected my phone from the car and reinstalled it. Of course 3 days later it happened again. So on my way home I drove back to the dealership but it was after 5 so it was a skeleton crew (even though I was told to bring the car in up to 7 pm every day but Sunday) had to wait around after trying to explain things to a new advisor to not turn my car off and that all we need to do is put my car on the computer to find the error codes. At first I was told no one was there to do this and then I saw the manager across the parking lot and pointed him out and we went up to him so he got it hooked up to the computer. Of course there is error codes!!!! Now I have to wait until Monday for someone to read the codes and figure out how to fix the problem so I can bring my car in to be fixed!! 4 times this has taken!!! Been treated pretty crappy over it also. I use to have a Lexus and was treated like GOLD every time I pulled up. I understand they are busy, but they make money off of me bringing my car in and them fixing it. So why wouldn’t you be nice to me? I am nice to you!!! But if this survey is for November 6th, Dan was the first advisor that was nice to me. Thank you!!! More
