They dropped the ball this particular time. They didn't fill my washer fluid they didn't wash my car and they didn't vacuum my car and I was there for 2 hours. Nothing good I'm afraid. Last time I was there the lady apologized because he we there for hours apparently they forgot my car, and was left on the side. I had my two year old son with me, and I had to pick up my daughter at 2:30 from school. They offered me a rental,but I was going to still going to be late. Another bad experience was when I bought 4 new tires I upgraded to the more expensive tires because the gentlemen that sold me the tires said if i get a nail or they can't be fixed with a patch job they would replace them. We'll not even two months later they were damaged and the lady who worked on my paperwork, said that wasn't the case. I would have never bought the expensive ones if they weren't covered like they said. My first and horrible experience I had was with a worker you have there named Chuck I believe. He made a very rude comment to my husband who is in a wheelchair chair due to three strokes, a out him wearing a face mask. He said do you plan on wearing a face mask forever. That was non of his business that my husband who has a low immune system wears a masks. This was a awhile back when covid numbers were extremely high and people were dieing. I called and complained never heard anything back. When I take my car in for service I make sure I don't have to deal with him. I still go to the dealership because that is where I bought my car and I'm stuck here until its warranty is up. So far I have nothing good to stay. More
