Not much else to say. Guess it's up to someone there to review the policies of the service department and decide if that's how they want to treat customers. The service department all goes to lunch at the same time and does not attend to customers during that time. To be specific about the warranty...I was told that the part was "only $35" and that he wasn't going to jump through the hoops to warranty that small amount.
