This is a place I will Never bring my car in for service work. I have a 2013 Altima 3.5 liter that has a transmission issue. They 'fixed it' (reprogrammed it) a month ago and all was well. Fastforward a work. I have a 2013 Altima 3.5 liter that has a transmission issue. They 'fixed it' (reprogrammed it) a month ago and all was well. Fastforward a month and it's having the same issue. But, Now they want to act like it needs a $129 diagnostic fee to evaluate it (a recall issue). And they lost my keys delaying my day further. Do yourself a favor, do Not do business here. More

I heard a noise that I never heard before and it was coming and going. Called to make an appointment to have it checked out. Service advisor was rude and not helpful to me. Mechanic couldn't hear any coming and going. Called to make an appointment to have it checked out. Service advisor was rude and not helpful to me. Mechanic couldn't hear any noises. Never took it out for a trial run (which is what I told him he would have to do to hear the noise). Finally when I went out to where they were working on it he admitted he heard a noise but never identified it. At that point I was there for 3 hours and had to leave to pick a grandchild up. Problem never resolved and I can honestly say it was the first time I have ever been disappointed in the dealership, the service advisor and the mechanic. Will never go back to that service advisor again. More
