On more than one occasion I have dropped my car off for service and not receive any indication that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Any time I called I was told the service manager was not available service and not receive any indication that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Any time I called I was told the service manager was not available to let me know if my car work had been completed. One time a simple oil change carried on to a second day. This last visit I got a follow up call that it might cost me $130 to hook my car up to find out what my why my check engine light was on if it wasn’t covered under the warranty. Seven hours later I called to see what was going on with my car, again told that no one was available to give me an update on my car. So I drove the hour from my home in Holiday to find out what was going. I couldn’t afford a second day of being without my vehicle, fortunately the work had been completed and my car was ready to go. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location, but I have been contemplating finding a new dealership. On multiple occasions I have been contacted about trading in my vehicle, not like a annual or semi annual reach out but I have received phone calls on consecutive days asking if I would consider trading in my car. More
