Christine & Shannon worked very hard to get our car fixed, but the insurance company Allstate had other ideas and said our Mercedes was not fixable! Bought my Kicks from Lokey and that part was a wonderful experience. When you purchase your vehicle you get free oil changes. I made an appointment for my first one, got here a little early and was told i experience. When you purchase your vehicle you get free oil changes. My time is as important as theirs and I think the time frame is excessive. Free or not I won't be back. Service needs to step it up and be like sales. More
