Customer service counter man was not customer oriented I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was informed I did not have an appointment and from there the conversation was unpleasant. I asked for full serv I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was informed I did not have an appointment and from there the conversation was unpleasant. I asked for full service oil, filter and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. No sticker was placed on windshield, not sure they did anything. I also report a knocking sound in rear. They stated they could not duplicate the clunk. I can. This dealership is too busy to give proper service. More
