HAPPY TEARS Coming into Nissan this day I wasn’t hopeful because I was dropping off the rental they gave me as my Maxima was being worked on. I’ve been screwed by numerous dealerships, so I was probably everything but an easy customer, but Craig made everything I thought wasn’t possible, happen. Thanks to him I’m driving a brand new Nissan Sentra when hours before I had no idea how I was getting home from the dealership. More
