Seatbelt light on when no one 8n passenger seat Tech found couple modules needed replacing. Parts not in stock and would arrive late afternoon. I was not able to wait as I had medical appt that aft Tech found couple modules needed replacing. Parts not in stock and would arrive late afternoon. I was not able to wait as I had medical appt that afternoon approximately 40 miles from Dealership. Service manager offered me a loaner so I could make my other appt on time and told me to come back following morning and my car would be ready. Car ready following morning, including fresh car wash. Online Buying horrible experience!!!! I have never had a horrible experience at any dealership like I did here. Dont waste your time if your out of town or state trying to buy from this dealership. I tried to purchase a car from them and they treated me horrible, like I didnt matter since i wasnt there. Poor customer service. If they feel they can make more money with someone else they will forget you ever existed just to make a few dollars more. Not only did the sales person did me wrong once he did it again by calling me if I wanted to buy the car again. 15 min later the GM called me saying he couldn't sell me the car since it was sold AGAIN! I gave up another deal to purchase the car the car again and they did me wrong again. They dont have a system that works there to keep everyone on the same page. Sales people making promises they cant keep, stay away from this place! More

Stay away from this place They just want your money and they don’t give a xxxx about you as a customer. Then he told me I have to finance the car with them for at least 6 months before I can refinance for a lower rate. Then he got this guy- Bruno (so rude & money hungry and that’s why he’s in car sales) who’s super pushy and pissed off and I told him that I’m not interested and I’m leaving. They also added 3 additional fees to the listing price - which added another $4200. Get out of here. I was dumb enough to buy a car there but never again. More
