Tires, oil change, & washer fluid not coming out. I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items nee I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent. More
