At end of day I called to see if it was ready they told me it was not done yet so I had to get a ride with the service I am when I got picked up I arrived and they said it had been completed except for the warranty work which was frustrating. So I got my keys and left and walked out to the car and it was covered in white mug the wheel wells covered in white mud the floor mats covered in mud and shell. I was frustrated and drove off Vowing to find somewhere else to service my vehicle. Also, I had parts ordered and irs been two weeks and no has called to tell me they are in yet. More

I really appreciate that they took care of me. All the service staff are very courteous and accommodating - they provide excellent customer service!
