Check each and everything before you drive back home I buy Used 2018 Hyundai Santa fe from Lokey. I am the first time buyer and thought the process/charges are same every where. Later, I realized their o I buy Used 2018 Hyundai Santa fe from Lokey. I am the first time buyer and thought the process/charges are same every where. Later, I realized their offer is not worthy and I have come across super deals/process by other Toyota/Nissan/Hyundai dealers. In addition to their prices listed in website, they charge additional "Vehicle reconditioning fee" + "Dealer fee". Service - Not customer friendly Vehicle reconditioning fee - they did nothing to the vehicle and was told they give some discount on this. Documents - They didn't sent any documentation until I get back to them Dealer fee - pretty common every where but Lokey is little higher Overall - No one explained me the process and they didn't do their job until I keep following up with them. Tried to reach out to manager with no luck. Thought to skip this feedback initially and I told them that I will not leave any negative feedback. But, later I was really upset with their response Documents are missing and they didn't sent the gift (Key chains) that they promised. I should be happy after buying a car, but I was upset due to these and couple other things. Thanks More
