I'd been hearing about the outstanding customer service, and services that you receive from Lokey Nissan from a family member but had never given them I'd been hearing about the outstanding customer service, and services that you receive from Lokey Nissan from a family member but had never given them a try, mainly because it was more convenient for me to go a few blocks from where I lived and obtain service. However, I decided I would give them a try upon my second required service since owning my Nissan and boy oh boy am I glad I did! I'd never experienced such honesty, integrity, and knowledge, from a company the way I have at Lokey. I mean they make you feel so assured and secure about entrusting all of your auto needs to them. Prompt, courteous service. Love the Service Department at Lokey Nissian. Service completed as promised and the service crew are always there to help with questions and concerns. Very poor from the time we walked in the door to having to wait around for over six hours at the dealership to close the deal, and get the paperwork done .’ they did poorly in finding a place to finance the vehicle and pulled my credit over half a dozen times Loring points on my credit score !! This Loki Nissan did not follow through on fixing a light that was out all night for night time driving and it still not corrected ! So they did not follow through on The WE OWE on our contract ! They have very very poor business practice More
