They performed work without my permission The dealership performed work without my permission. I left the phone call the morning the work was performed stating I found someone else and to call The dealership performed work without my permission. I left the phone call the morning the work was performed stating I found someone else and to call me to arrange payment for the diagnostic fee but had to leave a message. I received a text 5 hours later that my car was complete and I could pick it up. I let it slide just so I could get my car and be on my merry way. However, after I picked it up within 20 miles the engine was acting up again. I had to return for repairs again which was very inconvenient. Of course they offered me a shuttle for transportation, but I was already past the deadline for the request so I had to pay for an Uber. My car still isn't running as good as it did before it went to the dealership. It needs to go back but I'm so busy I don't have time to fool with it. More

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This place is a rip off trying to charge a reconditioning fee and certification fee I am posting this showing how you they are trying to dupe customers I read in yelp from others tha charge a reconditioning fee and certification fee I am posting this showing how you they are trying to dupe customers I read in yelp from others that they have tried this with other people i Am in WOW OF THIS! I assumed you all are honorable Nissan dealership at the $19,777 fee for the car I'm okay with and then of course dealer fee 899 and tax and tag. It rest it ridicules they try to charge you a certification fee $1995.00 and a fee for checking to make sure car is working with only 2,000 miles called used vehicle reconditioning fee for $1495.00Nissan should really look into the practices of this dealership it gives Nissan a bad name. I just bought my son a 2019 Nissan Altima SL in orlando and I paid 20,000 for it with only a little more milage than this one but none of these fees. You all should be ashamed of yourself More
