Pressure My salesman Angelo was great. But when he brought his manager over -can’t remember his name-he was totally out to make a sale and less concerned about My salesman Angelo was great. But when he brought his manager over -can’t remember his name-he was totally out to make a sale and less concerned about making the customer happy. Put a lot of pressure on us to buy now even though we said we wanted to check out another car first. Said if we walked out the deal would no longer be valid. We ended up purchasing a used Rogue. After driving it for a week we were very unhappy. We are a Nissan family and have 2 maximas and an Altima but we’re very unhappy with the Rogue. Shakes terribly at lights when idling. Brought it back and they said it was fine. That’s just the way it runs. It felt like it was a tin can on wheels. Asked to trade it back to get something else and the deal was not worth it. Also lots of pressure to buy the add on warranties. Purchased some although didn’t really want it. Felt a Nissan should be good quality and shouldn’t need it. We ended up taking it to another dealer and traded it in for a used Acura RDX and are much happier with the way it runs and is built. Ultimately lost several thousand dollars over the whole thing because we felt pressure to buy something we were not confident about. Would not recommend this dealer. Amazing Service From the time I drove up to the time I left the service was #1!! I have been to many dealerships for service and this facility has a great waiting are From the time I drove up to the time I left the service was #1!! I have been to many dealerships for service and this facility has a great waiting area with drinks and free snacks:) and they are fast and through and I leave with a clean car since they give you a free car wash. I have never gotten better service so I actually look forward to my lifetime Lokey oil changes. :) More

Hit or miss. They offer great service training. But the last time i was there i was definitely disappointed. 1) they did not care that i needed to get to work. T They offer great service training. But the last time i was there i was definitely disappointed. 1) they did not care that i needed to get to work. They even had the driver going to the wrong place. I gave them plenty of time, what was important to me was getting my oil changed, doing whats best for my car and getting to work on time. Too much stress. 2) yes it was free, but they used an oil that is recommended to be changed every 3-5000k miles. If they use synthetic it could go 10k miles. I would have paid the difference. I want conveience not el cheapo service. 3) they told me my battery was dead. It wasnt. They didnt ask if i wanted it replaced. 4) after waiting and asking about about my ride, i was told “i cant control the drivers”. Again, getting to work was important to me but definitely not to my service adviser. I can tell service is important there and training on service is provided but i thought i received pretty poor service. More

We still have not received our contract and I've spoke to Lisa in finance I've spoke to Angelo and sales I've spoken to the sales manager. They all promised to have it in the mail first thing in the morning and yet we have not received it. I also explained to Lisa that my car had scratches all over it 2 days after my sale she said no problem bring it in will have the detailer buffum out when I brought it in they acted like I was speaking another language. More
