My initial experience was great but when I had to call twice almost a month later to find out why my previous loan wasn’t paid off but the vehicle was for sale already and I’m getting phone calls from my twice almost a month later to find out why my previous loan wasn’t paid off but the vehicle was for sale already and I’m getting phone calls from my previous finance asking for payments and getting excuses and run a rounds about why it was sent then getting promised that the payment would be overnighted and I never got the tracking info like I was promised as well I really doubt that I would buy another vehicle from your dealer or even recommend your dealership to another person. If I wanted a run around I would have gone to Fucillio Nissan. I never even do much as got an apology. This is poor business practices. If the people working there did there jobs more than standing around out front smoking this problem would have happened. More

Well at first my experience was great. The original car I want sold earlier that day but my salesman got me into a 2020 Altima that I loved. My trade in on my vehicle was good they gave me the amount I wante want sold earlier that day but my salesman got me into a 2020 Altima that I loved. My trade in on my vehicle was good they gave me the amount I wanted. Then I started going down hill it took over a month for them to pay off the loan on my trade in vehicle. I called almost everyday trying to get ahold of finance but no one answered. I tried contacting my salesman and got no response also. I will not come back and buy another vehicle or recommend this place. I had way too many problems. More
