I went into the dealership with my daughter to look for a car for her. We were both wearing masks, and it looked like all the customers were wearing masks. The vast majority of the employees were walking aro car for her. We were both wearing masks, and it looked like all the customers were wearing masks. The vast majority of the employees were walking around either not wearing a mask or only protecting their chin. When I finally asked the salesperson who was helping us to please put on his mask since we were sitting down face to face conversing, he said "of course" and then proceed to not cover his nose. It was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing that Nissan doesn't take COVID 19 seriously, doesn't value their employees' health and the health of their customers, and doesn't follow a county mandate. We will not be going back. More
I really enjoyed my experience. They were able to get me an upgraded version of my previous vehicle. They also added in leather seats! Communication was very poor. Salesman told me one price that included all my warranties, get to finance and find out the real price was completely different. 3 hours later worked out a deal that was accept that included all my warranties, get to finance and find out the real price was completely different. 3 hours later worked out a deal that was acceptable. Next day salesman leaves voicemail apologizing and saying he'll make it up to me and promises me things that were already negotiated. I contact his manager to express my disappointment, they never call me back. Only time I got phonecall back was filling out a survey. Communication seemed to stop after signing papers, service and customer satisfaction also was left to the wayside. Every step was riddled with problems, and still isn't completely resolved to this day, a month after purchase. I was a loyal customer of 14 years and have purchased 5 cars here, but I will be looking at other more caring and professional dealerships in the future. More
