In this day and age, everyone is in a hurry. They got me in and out with no fuss. I do not remember who exactly helped me but I am constantly in there for my oil changes. The service manager ordered another radio over month ago. I have a Bluetooth that doesn’t hook up properly and the last radio has a display problem This will be the 4th attempt to fix this issue. I have yet I have a Bluetooth that doesn’t hook up properly and the last radio has a display problem This will be the 4th attempt to fix this issue. I have yet to get a phone call to replace it. I also have a vibration in the dash. I brought it in and didn’t look for the vibration, instead they looked at the motor mounts and gave it back to me saying nope, it’s not the motor mounts. SO WHAT IS IT? Why give it back unsolved? why make me come back another time? When my seat cover started to rip they ordered a new one but it was the wrong one requiring me to go back again. I’ve been in this service area way too many times... at least 7 times for warranty issues that should be solved the first time. Now I’m having electrical problems when the door opens and I’m not happy about going back for another problem again. This dealership has a problem fixing bumper to bumper warranty problems the first time. More

I highly recommend Lokey Nissan Dealership, for professional, reliable, and excellent customer service! I usually wait for my vehicle when it is being serviced and I’m able to use the excellent W professional, reliable, and excellent customer service!
