Brought car in for replacement headlights from a class action suit. They did a great job in a timely manner. Waiting room is very pleasant with complimentary snacks and drinks and comfortable chairs. Need to learn to put customers first! stop treating customers like idiots. Should never assume customers aren’t knowledgeable when it comes to automobiles how do you spell. The service was great, My experience after I bought the vehicle was not. I had a flat tire while traveling out of state when I went to change the tire I discovered that they didn’t supply the key for the l vehicle was not. I had a flat tire while traveling out of state when I went to change the tire I discovered that they didn’t supply the key for the locking lug nut so we had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership. We spent 1 hours waiting for the tow truck and over $700. When I told this to Lowkey they apologized.. It was their mistake but it cost ME. More
