Condescending and inaccurate information. provided. My car had been in two weeks prior with an air filter change etc. When the airflow valve failed I was told air filter has nothing to do wit provided. If not installed correctly dirt goes through to the airflow valve. Never had a problem before so it was worth considering what may have been the cause for this very expensive repair. While waiting in the very nice lounge area I witnessed two people approached for a “survey”. The only “survey” questions related to trying to offer to purchase customers car and sell them new. Despite repeatedly explaining that she wasn’t interested the woman’s car was “evaluated” and a new car was brought out front for her to try. NO. I’ve always been happy with service here but I won’t be back. More
