The technician did not clean the spilled oil and now the bottom of my car is covered in oil. Not very happy about that. More

I'd had a carryover problem from earlier in the year that wasn't getting solved. I persevered and did get the ear to hear me and the follow-through came from Alex. I enjoy my '06 Mustang GT and will be maintaining all aspects of the needs of the car. They've had a lot of turnover there in the last couple of years but things are hopefully looking up. More

During the week of closing the sale our sales person Cameren mysteriously no longer works for the dealership but does not advise us. We heard nothing from the dealership for days until I called in only to hear Cameren no longer work for the company . The sales team really dropped the ball ! The service department more than made up for this by going the extra mile making sure that the vehicle had new fuse and electrical module. They were very accommodating with all requests and Adam and Tony made sure we were advised every step of the way. More

The sales team at Livermore Ford patiently assisted us with the test drives and explaining all of the features of three MKZ sedans and power trains that interested us. Our intention was to order exactly the vehicle we wanted. To our amazement, they had the vehicle that met each and every detail of what we were looking for. Having dreaded the new car purchase process that often takes the joy out of what should be a pleasant experience, Dina, John and Abid couldn't have been more professional and helpful in making this experience what we it should be. We drove our beautiful new MKZ home that evening and even returned the next day for John's very willing assistance with explaining a few features in more detail. If we had any suggestions to improve this experience it would be to lower the music volume in the showroom to a level that wasn't so distracting, at least to us senior citizens. More
