Through the years I have purchased both used Ford Program Town Cars and first new vehicle, a 1970 1/2 ton pickup; Currently I drive a 2010 Expedition LTD and my wife still loves our 2001 Expedition Eddie Bauer. Although I have owned well over fifty vehicles, most have been Ford products purchased from our local Ford dealership.' I highly recommend their maintenance services and used & new vehicle sales departments. More
One of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had I originally contacted this dealer to purchase a used 2019 Fusion Hybrid SE with low mileage. Before I even had a chance to come in and look at the ca I originally contacted this dealer to purchase a used 2019 Fusion Hybrid SE with low mileage. Before I even had a chance to come in and look at the car I had been interested in, the person I had been dealing with offered me a great deal on the same car only brand new. Over the phone I did not believe he would be able to do what he said. When I arrived we worked through the details with a few minor adjustments from me and now I am the proud owner of a new 2019 Fusion Hybrid SE at a great price and only a little over what the used one I originally had been interested in purchasing. Not what we paid for. The service was excellent even though we purchased the PremiumMaintenance Plan, we were charged for the repair. When we purchased the car and the plan, we were told "we would only pay for gas and tires until 03-03-22". The plan expires at that date or 100,000 miles. The finance guy repeated this statement many times to my husband, son and myself and that's why we purchased the plan. More
New Car Broken Before I Bought It The brand new Fusion that I bought from Livermore Ford was already broken as I drove it off the lot upon purchase. The entire radio/bluetooth console screen did not work at all. So I had to schedule a repair THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT THIS NEW CAR. I had to rent a car while it was being fixed. Yes, the repair was no-charge, of course, but I shouldn't have to go without my new car THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT. Oh, and the idiots at the dealership put my temporary license plate on the front of the car instead of the back, causing me to get pulled over by the CHP while taking my daughter to the hospital, thus delaying our ER trip until after I was given a warning by the officer. When this dealer sent me an email asking me to call and "let us know how we did", I called. I was quickly shuffled over to the service dept as nobody was actually interested in listening to me (which I understand, "sale's over-now go away") Customer satisfaction is clearly NOT a consideration at Livermore Ford. More
