Just had the tires replaced and alignment done on my wife's RAV4. It was so nice to know that the some of the older and trusted tech's have returned. This dealership is the worst experience after 6 months of owning my car I still have no registration nor answers. It was said that they shredded the title accidentally and after more than 50 times of me con owning my car I still have no registration nor answers. Do not ever trust Lithia even after contacting corporate and told we will get a resolution with 48 hrs(2 weeks later) nothing. More
