My wife, Sandy, and I had been noticing Tundras for several months prior to our visit on April 24, 2013. Max came to us, while we were looking at the Tundra selection, in the dealership lot. He treated us like we were old friends, and made our initial experience very relaxed and enjoyable. When we found a vehicle that we were interested in, he answered a couple of questions we asked him, and then he invited us to take the truck out for a test drive. This test drive was one like I have never had before. He insisted that we take it for an extensive cruise, making sure that we were able to totally enjoy all of the power, ease of handling, and the comfort features. Of course, we were sold on the Tundra, big time. When we took delivery, Max was very thorough in giving us important information about all of the options, and the control locations.
