Purchase of used Toyota I have an older Toyota Camry with many miles on it that I have had serviced at Lithia Toyota-Billings for a number of years. I always find Robert in the Service Department and he personally took care of everything with honesty and integrity. I really trust his opinion and feel he would not just try to "Sell" me something I didn't need. Recently I purchased a used vehicle from Lithia Toyota and Max Erickson was awesome to work with. He didn't deliver a high pressure sales pitch, but worked with me for many months helping me get the right vehicle when I was ready to upgrade. He is so likable and was willing to be patient and make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. More

Making Some New "Old Friends" Max Erickson met us at the front door of the dealership after a brief phone conversation. My husband and I felt comfortable with Max right away. Just willing to address our concerns to find out what we really wanted. We went for a test drive and had a great visit. We love our current Highlander already, but wanted some upgrades. After much patient answering of our questions, and some phone calls back and forth we decided to order the vehicle we wanted. Max was really helpful throughout the whole process. We will buy our next Toyota from him too. He is warm, funny, and kind. He was good about letting us know what was going on as we thought through our decision. We also met Patrick O'Neill, the General Sales Manager. He was very genuine and upbeat. We were impressed with his friendliness. Before we left we asked a guy in the service dept to fix a light on the display. He took care of it right away. We are impressed with ovreally experience! More

Within 4 days I had my van traded in (to them) my new to me Scion and financing all done! Yes bought the Scion sight unseen but with their plethora of photos and visiting with the internet sales person I felt comfortable doing so (plus I had done the same with the van years before). Everyone from financing, sales and delivery were fair, friendly and made an experience I just hate having to do (shop for cars) easy and painless! Thanks to all! More
