The dealer claimed to have gone over the car, but the service records of both this dealer and the previous one did not reflect this. The $1,400 added to the price of the car made it a poor deal. I would not recommend this dealership. That being said, I contacted the dealership, and, after a delay, Keith Deschane, the general manager, ultimately offered to pay for half the cost of the repair, which I accepted. He was straightforward and professional. More

I shopped around for a good price in Montana and North Dakota and found Lithia Toyota of Billings to offe We recently purchased a 2015 Highlander XLE. I shopped around for a good price in Montana and North Dakota and found Lithia Toyota of Billings to offer the best cash price overall. I checked TrueCar.com to see what the "average" price would be for the model I selected, and Lithia was able to beat that easily, even surpassing True Car's "Great Price" mark. I contacted Lithia and was put in touch with Kristen Paulsen, the Online Sales Specialist. She helped he identify the vehicle I was looking for with all the various options, then provided me a good quote and build sheet for just the vehicle we wanted. Once I agreed to the price she turned me over to Greg Gustafson, the New Vehicle Manager. Greg found the vehicle we identified and had it brought to Lithia Toyota within a few days. I made arrangements to fly to Billings to take delivery. Greg picked me up at the airport in our new car and the transaction went extremely well. Greg spent several hours with me, going over ALL the vehicle features, helped me set up the NAV and voice recognition system, link my phone, just everything. He knew the vehicle very well and showed me all the bells and whistles. It would have taken me a month to read and figure out what everything did. The car was delivered to me spotless and full of gas, ready to hit the road. The drive home was enjoyable. Really like the Highlander and both my wife and I are very pleased with the vehicle and the dealer. An outstanding transaction all around. More
