The first thing on Monday I stopped in early before service opened and explained to service Tech Mack Anderson that I did not have an appointment and if he could work me in. He advised me that it could take a while since they were short on help during the week but would try his best. I told him I could not drop off the vehicle later since my wife and I were checking out of a hotel and on the road by 10 a.m. By 9:10 a.m. Mack advised me my car was ready and out the door, also changed my front window wipers as well.
