After my oil change I was told I needed to replace some bulbs and a couple of filters. They did the cabin filter and we chose to do the other things ourselves. We ran into a snag with one of the light bulb bulbs and a couple of filters. They did the cabin filter and we chose to do the other things ourselves. We ran into a snag with one of the light bulbs so I brought it right back the next day. They were very happy to help me. Directed me to the parts department to get the bulb. Then, to my pleasant surprise, just popped the old bulb out and put the new one in. Right there on the spot. No waiting. All of the gentlemen were very professional and kid to show me how to do the repair myself should I need to again at a later date. More
Two times I’ve gone to have the recall done and both times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then times failed. The second time someone was suppose to call and let me know if they had the part which no one did. So I went to my appointment and then I dropped off my car, almost four hours later they tell me they could not do the service because they didn’t have the part. That’s was so unprofessional and a waste of my time. One time fine but two times, and yet no one has called me yet to let me know if they ordered the part. If they had another location I would go there instead of the one I went to. So no I wouldn’t recommend this location. More

I met technicians in the background that are unwavering in their commitment to excellence. This is not a one-off, it's a measured flow of an efficient process every time! There are the the occaisional minor exceptions inherent in every service industry, and they seem to have back-up and contingency planning without excessive delay. This is unusual in my 50 yrs experiences with auto dealers. Before Lithia, I was jaded on the prospect of visiting a distributorship, but now, I drop off, have a piece of fruit and a coffee, check ot the latest models, and scheduled service is a breeze! I'll be looking forward to what's next from Subaru. More
