When I called to set up an appointment I told the operator it needed to include servicing the transmission. I was told to come on in and it would take three hours. When I checked it I was told I needed to make an appointment to have the transmission serviced and it would take a day or two. The service I received was great except now I have to return to the dealer at another time to have them look at the transmission on my 2020 F150. I live 30 minutes away and this is very inconvenient!
