While I did not welcome a car repair, Don Brown kept me informed throughout process. He also offered gentleman to shuttle me home after having my 2005 Escape towed in to John Bleakley Ford in Douglasville, informed throughout process. I don't recall this 2nd gentleman's name, but he too was very thoughtful (I know Don was going to have Courtney take me, but she was evidently already at lunch...I offer this as it may help to identify the gentleman, so he too can be thanked for job well done). We were looking at a Ford Fusion Hybrid at another dealer (Hardy Ford), but stopped in at John Bleakley Ford to look at a car on their lot. A salesman approached us (Mark C.) who was very pleasurable to tal (Hardy Ford), but stopped in at John Bleakley Ford to look at a car on their lot. A salesman approached us (Mark C.) who was very pleasurable to talk to. And, unlike at the other dealer, this salesman had the ability to aggressively search for the exact car we were looking for on other Ford lots, right from his desk computer. Furthermore, when he found a vehicle of interest he called that dealer right in front of us, to arrange a trade for a vehicle from his lot. Very transparent, unlike our government. The other salesman at Hardy was a very nice man, but he had to go into the sales manager's office to do anything. This caused a delay and was very frustrating. Mark at Bleakley Ford located us a car and had it delivered the next day. It was the color we wanted with exactly the options were were looking for. The other dealer told us we would have to order the exact vehicle we wanted and this would take 6-8 weeks. When the car was delivered, the owner (Mr. Bleakley) sat down with us to make sure we were totally happy. This dealership was wonderful in all regards. Even the finance guy was great and didn't try to sell us a bunch of add-on stuff. More
