Next time make an appointment The only complaint I have about my vehicle's first oil and filter change maintenance was that it took two hours for them to process my vehicle. Grant The only complaint I have about my vehicle's first oil and filter change maintenance was that it took two hours for them to process my vehicle. Granted, I did not have an appointment so they had to work me into the schedule, and it was the Saturday before a major holiday so I was really lucky to have it finished that day in two hours' time. This was much better than the first experience I had with this dealership. They treat you better when you purchased the vehicle from them. Before we bought this current vehicle, we had taken our previous vehicle in for some recall maintenance. The transmission was part of that recall, but because it was out of warranty we had to pay over $1600 to have that vehicle fixed. Neither Ford nor this dealership were willing or able to help us with a rental vehicle for the duration of that maintenance (the car was in the shop for over two weeks, and my family was down a vehicle for most of that time). That was a bad experience. A few months later they sent us a letter stating that we could trade in that vehicle at an attractive trade in rate, so we ended up getting a new vehicle from them. They've treated us better ever since, but that's why I marked it as four stars rather than five. More
