Michael I am sorry to hear that your experience at our store was unacceptable to you. We do our very best to accommodate every person that walks into our dealership and meet their immediate needs. If you had brought your car in on Monday, the day Bennie had set your appointment for, this experience could have been avoided. All of our complimentary loaner cars were out to other customers and when we called Enterprise rental they did not have any cars available either on such short notice. Our Service Advisor Bennie had you scheduled with a car for Monday and that is why we do schedule appointments is so we can make sure we make your visit quick and stress free. There are always two sides to a story and you have every right to express your perspective but the reason's for your dissatisfaction is that your A/C compressor went out and you did not want to drive your car and we did not give you a car to drive on Saturday. I am glad that the dealership that you purchased your car from was able to assist you and get you into a rental car so you didn't have to drive without air conditioning. We are very grateful for your past automobile purchases and for your service business and we will always be here if you need anything in the future. Our mission is to never upset a customer and I apologize that we did not meet your expectations on this day. Joey Hobson/Owner
