Have had bad experiences with there service department before but this time was perfect. Only took a hour and a half ( sat there for over 2 hours last time). Went with the intention of getting new brakes before but this time was perfect. Only took a hour and a half ( sat there for over 2 hours last time). Went with the intention of getting new brakes and they called me back to show me that the brakes were fine. Very happy with our visit!!! More
Hi,On Saturday, May 31st, 2020, I Michael Watson took Hi, On Saturday, May 31st, 2020, I Michael Watson took my vehicle to the Ford Car Center to be serviced for the second time due to a faulty A/C ser Hi, On Saturday, May 31st, 2020, I Michael Watson took my vehicle to the Ford Car Center to be serviced for the second time due to a faulty A/C service repair. Inside my vehicle it was 95 degrees and I was really thinking that I would be accommodated as this was of no fault of mine. I spoke with the manager, Chad Cherry who left me speechless. Chad provided a great deal of awful lip-service, and wether real or perceived, Chad was very unprofessional. Chad, first began to minimize the Fidelity Warranty that I have on my vehicle and stated that in order to be assisted the preferred warranty should be a, “Ford warranty.” I’m not sure what that means; but should that be the case, I was provided misleading information, in which led me to believe that the warranty I have is good enough for services such as the service that I needed. Providing information to someone that their warranty isn’t good enough is troublesome itself, in my opinion. Finally, Chad stated, “I don’t feel comfortable putting the buyer in a vehicle,” when I requested a rental vehicle for the duration of the repairs. I find it extremely discriminatory to state that to anyone, especially in times where as a Black American Man today, I carry the burden of being racially profiled while driving my Mustang. Due to Chad’s abusive discretion and by not placing the customer first, in an effort to not deal with someone whom made me as a third time buyer of the same dealership uncomfortable, I traveled nearly two hours in hopes of getting real assistance. I went to Nalley Ford, and met with Marlon Woodsmoore- he was extremely helpful and assisted me with my needs. Marlon, was able to explain to me in a clear and concise manner where I could understand my warranty. My vehicle was accepted for repair and there were no issues. I would like to formally submit a complaint because there was/is no justification for the maltreatment I endured with Chad. Furthermore, I would like to submit a commendation on behalf of Marlon. Because of Marlons, outstanding commitment to assisting me my vehicle was serviced, I was placed in a rental vehicle, and I no longer have to worry about being mistreated, although I shouldn’t have to travel two hours away just to receive unbiased service.
