Great service. I take all my vehicles here. I do have to say my latest repair took longer than expected. I still don’t know why Ford would discontinue a major safety part for my flex. I was a little upset t say my latest repair took longer than expected. I still don’t know why Ford would discontinue a major safety part for my flex. I was a little upset that it was left up to me to find one. I was directed to one at another dealership. It just seamed to me that this dealership could have done it for me. With that being said I am pleased that the repairs were made and all seems fine. I will still continue to use this dealership. I just hope we can work on the repair time. More
