I have had my F150 serviced at Lithia Springs Ford for the past nearly 10 years. I have been satisfied with the service. I chose to take my truck back to the dealer because I knew I was going to take ca the past nearly 10 years. I have been satisfied with the service. I chose to take my truck back to the dealer because I knew I was going to take care of my truck, and I was going to keep it for at least 10 or more years ... and I didn't want any surprises with services or unusual breakdowns. While yes, there have been things that have gone wrong and that is not the fault of the dealership, but with Ford itself and the manufacture of the vehicle. One, the gas cap cover is the worst in the industry, and two, the electrics in the truck leaves a lot to be desired. Electric lines have broken from ordinary use which should not have broken. These things are 3rd party suppliers, and asking the dealership to repair them is cost prohibitive. However, when I hear the stories from Dodge owners and the Toyota folks, I will stick with my Ford ... at least for now! More

Bought cars here, and had my 2008 Explorer serviced for 13 years - years out of warranty. Was 5 stars. But last 18 months things have changed, owners, some staff, mechanics remain, some have not. Recently was quoted a job for radiator repair that was 3x the national average - and took the car back and ahd it fixed expertly by a top rated place for 1/3rd the price. I get a premium of 20-30%, but not 200%, Bummed as they were for so long a place you could count on to do good work at fair prices. More
