I have been using this dealership to service my two vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer overnight. Nobody called me to acknowledged they got my vehicle. After multiple days of calling and not getting answers, I finally went in only for them to tell me I need a new battery. On another occasion, I took my 2018 F150 for service and let the service advisor know that it's taking a little long for the vehicle to start when I turn the key. It was never diagnosed. They just performed the service. Now the vehicle's check engine light came on and it's taking even a lot longer for it to start. I dropped it off night and again nobody called me to acknowledged it. Two days later, I have to go get my vehicle from them and I am not returning. More
I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I'm 5 hours away and planned to come down there Monday to pickup. All of a sudden nobody will return my calls. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed! More

I came to the lot to look at a used 2019 Pilot, and left with a new 2023 explorer timberline. My sales person was Lamont, he was not “pushy,” instead very patient with me and helped me make the best and mos with a new 2023 explorer timberline. I traveled from Maryland to acquire my Ford Raptor at Lithia Springs Ford. Not only was I given a better interest rate after my pre-qualified credit fell through, but Josh Harris, the saleman as well as Lithia Springs Ford. Not only was I given a better interest rate after my pre-qualified credit fell through, but Josh Harris, the saleman as well as the guy in the financing office (sorry forgot his name) were both amazing. Not only did Josh buy my son's lunch, the finance guy went out of his way to get me about 2 percentage point lower. Overall great experience and I will certainly be coming back and recommending Lithia Springs Ford. More
Do NOT purchase a new car from them.
