After initially posting a negative review, I was contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical problem which can be very difficult to diagnose. The service manager, Tim Black, went above and beyond to try and remedy the issue. I was also given a promise that they would look at it again if the problem returns. So while my problem may or may not be resolved, the care, and attention, to trying to fix it was definitely 5 star. I’m usually very pleased with service and turnaround time; but recently, the vehicle was in the shop over the time that was quoted, without a loner, which I was stranded for a few more days.
