I went the Friday after Thanksgiving, and they were short handed because people were on vacation. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed an alignment, BUT the tech that did al handed because people were on vacation. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed an alignment, BUT the tech that did alignment was off. Only one guy does alignments?! Overall, I would not want to give them a bad score for lack of help. Seems to be everywhere these days. Jimmy was pleasant he had good customer service by greeting me. He actually listens without interrupting while speaking. The needs of my car was taken care of without false hope or expectations. Mr Richard Smith was fast and had great communication. As a woman I didn’t feel like I was being taking advantage of. I do wish dealerships offer a discount option or program. After initially posting a negative review, I was contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical problem which can be very difficult to diagnose. The service manager, Tim Black, went above and beyond to try and remedy the issue. I was also given a promise that they would look at it again if the problem returns. So while my problem may or may not be resolved, the care, and attention, to trying to fix it was definitely 5 star. More
