I went the Friday after Thanksgiving, and they were short handed because people were on vacation. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. After initially posting a negative review, I was contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical contacted by the service manager who asked to bring my car back in to have it looked at again. The issue with the car was an intermittent electrical problem which can be very difficult to diagnose. The service manager, Tim Black, went above and beyond to try and remedy the issue. I was also given a promise that they would look at it again if the problem returns. So while my problem may or may not be resolved, the care, and attention, to trying to fix it was definitely 5 star.
