Despite it being within 15 mins of closing, Tim talked me through a complicated issue and dispatched a mobile service van with 45 minutes of my initial call with him. Tim was exceedingly knowledgeable, experienced, positive and empathic. Kevin, the mobile technician, is a real keeper. He was professional, polite and experienced. Kevin had me out of the parking lot and back on the road within 2 hours of his arrival. Lithia Springs Ford's Service has my absolute highest recommendation. More

They kept me in the loop the whole time they worked on my Service department, and they are great at getting me on their schedule as soon as possible.
