I been going to Lithia Springs Ford for about 3 years. I left Courtesy Ford when I moved to downtown Atlanta. Richard was my first Service Associate. He is the best. He is always polite and always concerned about you and your car. He always suggest what I need at each visit. I have always tried to navigate to Gogglere views online but it would not work. I was pleasantly greeted by service advisors before my service advisor Kwesi (Q), was available. I arrived around 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Q arrived walked over to my car, greeted me, service advisor Kwesi (Q), was available. I arrived around 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Q arrived walked over to my car, greeted me, took my information and escorted me to the customers waiting area.The area was immaculate and had coffee available. When my car was ready in less than 2 hours, Q came in to escort me to the area to pay for service I had received. He then escorted me to my car. Q is a gentleman. I will always make my appointments via him. This visit was extremely different from my first visit on June 8, 2021 with another uncaring service advisor. I left wondering if I would ever return to the dealership for service. I am glad I decided to return and I will again. Thanks very much Q. for being such a caring person. I rate you with 5 plus stars. More

I have been a Ford customer since 1998. This vehicle was a problem as soon as I purchased it. During the first few months of ownership, it spent as much time at the dealership as it did i This vehicle was a problem as soon as I purchased it. During the first few months of ownership, it spent as much time at the dealership as it did in my garage. The dealership spent a lot of time and money in their attempts to fix it. The problems seemed much deeper! It there ever was a "lemon" - this was one! I don't think their service department had the ability to correct the problems. I was not going to continue to fight this battle, so after 10 days of service and I still had issues - I traded the vehicle and I will not purchase a Ford product anytime soon. I had all my service work performed at the dealership for many years and I will miss my friends like Jimmy Jacobs, who has become like family to me. Times are difficult these days, but I do wonder how this would have been handled if the dealership was still John Bleakley Ford. If anyone from the Ford Motor Company would like to contact me, I'm sure I can be found! More
