I scheduled a "Mobile Service" appointment for a recall issue with my Ford Escape. The appointment was for 9:00am at my home. They did not show at the appointment time. So after 3 hours and 3 phone calls, I was informed that I had "cancelled the appointment" which was completely false. The scheduling person I spoke with took no responsibility for the situation and instead was rude, condescending, and accusatory in her tone. I might have been willing to accept that there was a misunderstanding, but I am certainly not willing to be treated poorly. Take your business to Pugmire. It's a little further out, but they seem to value their customers. More

As always, our service advisor, Mr. Richard Smith continues to deliver the very best in customer service, professional technical advice as well an unwavering adherence to quality of service repairs and customer support. His attention to detail, listening to, and paying close attention to the needs of his customers which includes my spouse and myself as we own 2 Mustangs, 1 2020 Eco Boost and 1 2017 GT 5.0 both of which we are greatly fond of. Richard just recently had his team of specialized and highly qualified technicians complete regular scheduled maintenance on our 2020 Eco Boost and as always, we were completely satisfied with the work completed and in the time frame he gave us for completion. Furthermore, I would like to say that our 2017 GT 5.0 was not purchased from Lithia Springs Ford because they did not have what I was looking for at the time, however, because of our complete satisfaction with our purchase of our 2020 Eco Boost from Lithia Springs Ford and our continued good service via their service department and most assuredly our service advisor, Richard, we only have our 2017 GT 5.0 serviced there even though it was secured from another dealership!!! We do understand that everyone experiences different levels of customer service and I’m confident that Lithia springs Ford employs only the best talent from sales to service and all other areas in between and there will be other customers that have not had the same experience as we have, however, I will say that having a good experience with service or sales is always a 2 way street and what the customer put into that experience generates a specific return response as to that experience in most cases, however, when it comes to the level of quality customer experience from Lithia Spring Ford service, they just give that high quality experience regardless of what you as a customer puts into that experience relationship and it is because of that which Ricard has always provided my spouse and myself with is the very reason why we will only have our vehicles serviced at Lithia Springs Ford service department regardless of where we purchase them from. Finally, I would like to say that we have that utmost confidence in the guidance and the feedback we received from Richard every time we come in to service and there has been several times when we have shown up unannounced with a question or concern and Richard always finds the time to complete and professionally address our concerns which alleviates a great deal of stress when it comes to worry free driving, he give us very helpful suggestions to maximize our maintenance package as well as keeping us completely up to date on any manufactures’ changes as well as any updates to our maintenance program features, he’s “THE BEST” and we will always patronize Lithia Springs Ford service with Richard for all our needs and there should be a “10” start rating because he most certainly would get a 10 out 10 from the both of us! Made an appointment to test drive. Told sale person I was coming from an hour and half away. She assured me vehicle would be pulled up front and ready to drive. Got there the next morn Told sale person I was coming from an hour and half away. She assured me vehicle would be pulled up front and ready to drive. Got there the next morning and the vehicle was not ready. They MAY have it ready in 3 hours. Price was +$10k markup. Drove to dealer closer to home and walked out with the car I wanted. zero mark uo. Will never do business with Lithia Springs Ford, terrible service. More
