I ordered some accessories for my 2023 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid and had them delivered to Lithia Springs Ford. When my service representative Richard Smith received them, he immediately scheduled me an inst Hybrid and had them delivered to Lithia Springs Ford. Richard got my accessories put them in the bed of truck so that the Body Shop could start on my car. In less than 2 hours the job was done. Despite it being within 15 mins of closing, Tim talked me through a complicated issue and dispatched a mobile service van with 45 minutes of my initial call with him. Tim was exceedingly knowledgeable, experienced, positive and empathic. Kevin, the mobile technician, is a real keeper. He was professional, polite and experienced. Kevin had me out of the parking lot and back on the road within 2 hours of his arrival. Lithia Springs Ford's Service has my absolute highest recommendation. More
