I took my 2022 F350 to Lithia Springs from Alabama to have warranty work done that dealerships in Alabama said was a backordered part. The guys at Lithia Springs diagnosed the issue and fixed it with no have warranty work done that dealerships in Alabama said was a backordered part. I took my Explorer to Lithia Springs Ford for a warranty repair. The staff was courteous and professional. I purchased a car with only 4k miles on it from this shady rep named John Paul. He goes by the name JP. When i purchased the vehicle he assured me that i would get the 2 year maintenance plan from the o shady rep named John Paul. He goes by the name JP. When i purchased the vehicle he assured me that i would get the 2 year maintenance plan from the original owner along with a complimentary oil change AT ANY FORD DEALERSHIP. All of this was a lie, not only was the car not under maintenance plan but when I returned to Lithia Springs Ford, the place I actually purchased the car. I was not even given the free oil change i was promised when purchasing the vehicle. JP OR John Paul and Lithia Springs Ford are complete Rip-Offs. They dont care about the customer only about a dollar. This is a truly sad establishment and I recommend never investing in a vehicle from a place like this if their star employee is a sheisty salesman like John Paul. He’s truly a sad case More
Service department I was not happy with my service work rotation of tires . Air was not added to tires . The first visit I requested rotation of tires and I felt my tires were not rotated then I drove ten rotation of tires . Air was not added to tires . The first visit I requested rotation of tires and I felt my tires were not rotated then I drove ten thousand miles and realized the front tires wore more and my back tires thread was remain in tack if the front was rotated they would not have been worn like they are .I came back in the next visit requested rotation then once completed I get to 285 my air pressure lights comes on and back tires states 52 front 78 that tells me the first time tires were not rotated as well as I requested a body shop estimate for my damage bumper and did not receive either . Our salesman Chris was very nice, which now I see with other reviews is how they smooth talk you into making a purchase. My first red flag should have been the financial advisor Jim. After securing the vehicle and talking with Jim about bringing a payment with me, he allowed me drive 4 hours with a personal check and then told me when I arrived that they do not accept personal checks. 2 hours later and after paying for the money to be wired it was worked out. Now, since getting my “ blue star certified” truck home it has stopped shifting gears, left my son stranded, had a valve box replaced, still not shifting correctly, and now needs a NEW TRANSMISSION . It has been in the shop longer than we have had it home. Tell me, what kind of service department misses this? One that takes no pride in their work. For a family owned business I see no value for family here. More
