(I’m shopping other options as well) Get this email from Muhammad Umair on Wednesday morning. “Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. Your sales manager needs to be less sensitive. The rundown I was sent by your team is a complete joke. I just found out today the bank said no to the car anyway because the mileage was too high for the year. Doesn’t matter though. I can’t recommend this dealership nor will I personally ever do business there. The sales person I dealt with was rude. The manager sent me a “we’re not selling you a car” email because his staff doesn’t take notes or read them if they do. As a 10 year automotive sales veteran I’m disgusted. 6 months from now nobody I dealt with will be there. More

It was an easy decision for me since I already knew I wanted it, and the buying process was quick and smooth. I was in and out the same day, and the paperwork was a breeze. The dealership itself is very clean, well-organized, and has a huge lot with plenty of options to choose from. My car was fairly priced, and I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. On 30 April 2021 I purchased my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport from Lithia Springs Ford. The vehicle came with a dealer included lifetime powertrain warranty policy. Since the purchase included this benefit at n from Lithia Springs Ford. The vehicle came with a dealer included lifetime powertrain warranty policy. Since the purchase included this benefit at no additional cost it was a nice incentive to purchase from them. On 18 December 2024 the vehicle broke down in Newnan, Georgia with transmission issues. I had it towed to the closest Ford dealer who informed me upon the vehicle's arrival they would let me know what the issues were and when it could be repaired. The next day they informed me they could not evaluate the vehicle for a month, and it would take up to 3 months before they could get it scheduled in the transmission shop. Hearing this, I reached out to Jimmy Jacobs at Lithia Springs Ford who has been my service writer for this and other vehicles I have purchased. Jimmy remotely downloaded the history and codes from the vehicle and identified it was a transmission issue. I then had the vehicle towed from the first dealer to Lithia Springs Ford, where Jimmy set up an evaluation appointment before the vehicle even arrived and prior to leaving on vacation. Jimmy told me to reach out to the service department on the following Monday to follow-up. I then reached out to Tim Black who had previously assisted me with another issue I had with the vehicle. Tim and his staff had the vehicle evaluated, scheduled the insurance company's inspection and provided me with a loaner vehicle. The total repair time was delayed by weather, Christmas and the New Years holidays and the insurance company missing a previously scheduled vehicle inspection appointment. Tim stayed on top of the insurance company and once approved for repair, ordered the transmission and other parts, and scheduled the transmission shop for the repair. During all this time Tim kept me in the loop as to the vehicle's repair status. The total repair time from insurance company approval until the time I received my repaired vehicle back was about a week. I am and always have been satisfied with the service that I have received at Lithia Springs Ford. I appreciate the candor and service I received and the care they took to insure I had a vehicle to use during this stressful time. More
