I went to Lithia Springs Ford and looked at a few trucks. TY was my salesman, great guy and he was not the pushy kind of salesman. He listened to me and then showed me a few trucks that fit what I needed. We exchanged numbers and I left. The next day I visited a few other dealerships with not the same luck. Either no one helped me or they did not have what I was looking for. I went back to Lithia Springs and showed them the same truck at another dealership. Lithia said they would beat the price if I was serious. So I went in and filled out some paperwork and met Muhammad in finance. We discussed the numbers and he agreed to meet me in the middle which I appreciated and to sweeten the deal he throw in a bed cover. Then informed me I could sign up for ford pass and the points from the sale would be enough to buy the all weather floor mats. After we agreed they sent the truck to detail and I then met Joel. Joel was patient with me due to my bad experience with the previous truck. He listened and answered all the questions and showed me everything to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend finding Ty if you want a laid back friendly salesman. More

The vehicle I bought, a 2002 Ford Explorer was a cash as is purchase. Even so, the transmission was overfilled about a half quart, yet it somehow got past the multi point inspection. Each time my wife and I have any issues with our vehicles, we only reach out to and trust Richard. Since 2020 he has been our only care giver for our vehicles that we trust.
