To get an oil change bring some reading material and coffee. The wait time for an oil change was 1 hour and 10 minutes. To have a coffee maker with no coffee really. The restroom were a mess I waited 15 minutes in get into it and employee and his cell phone are just way to important not customers. More

Really good service I had a really good experience dealing with the Lithia KIA staff when buying my used pick-up. The only problem came when I needed the truck fixed and I had a really good experience dealing with the Lithia KIA staff when buying my used pick-up. The only problem came when I needed the truck fixed and the techs working on the truck didn't follow up on their work and I ended up bringing it back in four (4) times. Finally Eric stepped in and got the problem resolved. More
