The service department at Reno Lithia Hyundai is excellent. I have lived in Reno 26 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I dealt with two other service department dealerships and they were horrible. I now own two Hyundai’s, one my grandson drives and my newer 2018 Kona I use for driving Uber/Lyft. I’m 75 years old. I wouldn’t let my grandson drive anything I didn’t think was 100 percent safe. The service manager, Matt Ashton and my service advisor Tabatha Culver are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is a great service department. I wouldn’t have anyone else look after my cars. More
