I've been going to get my Hyundai serviced here for two years and I've never had a bad experience until today. At first, I was seen by Matt Franceschini who was the most honest and caring service advisor I years and I've never had a bad experience until today. At first, I was seen by Matt Franceschini who was the most honest and caring service advisor I've ever met. I could trust my car with him and not worry about it at all. But recently, I started getting assigned to a new service advisor and the first few visits went great. But today, I went in for a regular oil change at around 11:40 AM. I was waiting there until 3:20 PM with still no word about my car. I would see multiple groups of people that would get here after me get their cars and leave, some of them were given their keys back by the same service advisor that helped me out. Of course, I never wanted to be pushy but enough was enough so I went up to the desk. When the service advisor saw me, he didn't say a word to me but grabbed my keys out of nowhere and sat down, which made me wonder just how long my car was ready for. Maybe he called me and I didn't hear, but he didn't mention any of that. The first thing he said was about how poorly my car was running and just how much more services it needed. Not only that but another service advisor who I've never met chimed in and said, "when I drove your car in I could tell how many things were wrong with it". That is the last thing I wanted to hear after waiting 4 hours for a $50 oil change. I do want to note that the rest of the staff was amazing, as I had countless employees come up to me and ask if I needed water or any snacks, and I also want to recognize Matt Franceschini, as he is truly the only service advisor that I've seen genuinely care about things other than money. This new gentleman and the other female service advisor has left me with such a bad taste in my mouth that I would never take my business here nor would I ever recommend this dealership or any associated dealerships. Was talked into a $1,000 service on 100,000 mi sonata as opposed to the normal $85/3 months, my car now has a permanent knock in the engine. I paid to have my motor destroyed? They then neglected to tell me my battery was weak which resulted in the $200 tow and another $400 service charge. This resulted in a service employee called me a **** and telling me to get the **** out of there. When I approached the manager he said I'll do my best but I don't know how I'm going to find this guy with 90 employees. Which pretty much told me thanks for stopping in.. now leave.. We came all the way from Florida to assist with the extremely understaffed VA hospital and this was the appreciation we got.. ironically we're also planning to purchase a second vehicle until the salesman told me that the 30 mpg quote on the sticker actually meant that the car got "40 to 45 because the sticker is always wrong". What kind of sham is this place? The overall unprofessionalism of the majority of the staff made me feel as if I was in a buy here pay here used car lot. More
