Ryan in Service/sales gave me a price im perfectly acceptable with after he tried up-selling me a $2k 150k maintenance before i could tell him what’s wrong. I entered the dealership feeling like a stranger, and i left feeling the same. Ryan got my work done but told me nothing more. The only reason i will ever go back is to get quality service from the mechanics. I will be going to a different mechanic to diagnose my car before getting the service. Ryan does not care about his job.
