Terrible. I showed up for my 2pm appointment for an oil change and no one said a word to me for 10 mins. I finally Had to speak up and I asked if I was In the right area. They said yes and then that was it. Finally a no one said a word to me for 10 mins. I finally Had to speak up and I asked if I was In the right area. They said yes and then that was it. Finally another person came and took my keys and said asked if I had a ride because my appointment would take 3-4 hours. I didn’t have a ride and had to find one. It was the most irritating experience. The only time they were nice and helpful was when I bought my car because they just want to “earn your business”. More

Appointment and times for oil change, inspection is terrible. Been trying to be loyal to Lithia, but why do business with dealer and inconvenience of drop off, ride to work ride back, 3 -4 hrs wait whe terrible.
